 AMERICAN  BROADBAND,  INC.  FILES  AN  APPLICATION  FOR  OPEN  VIDEO  SYSTEM 
 CERTIFICATION 


 Pursuant  to  47  C.  F.  R.  §76.1502,  American  Broadband,  Inc.  ("  American  Broadband")  filed  an 
 application  on  May  8,  2000  for  certification  to  operate  an  Open  Video  System  in  areas  of  Delaware, 
 Florida,  Georgia,  Kentucky,  Maryland,  Michigan,  New  York,  North  Carolina,  Ohio,  Pennsylvania  and 
 Virginia.  Comments  are  due  to  be  filed  with  the  Office  of  the  Secretary  and  the  Office  of  the  Bureau  Chief, 
 Cable  Services  Bureau,  on  or  before  May  12,  2000.  Comments  must  be  filed  in  accordance  with  the
