Pursuant to section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U. S. C. § 214, and sections 0.261 and 0.291 of the Commission's rules, 47 C. F. R. §§ 0.261, 0.291, the Common Carrier Bureau and the International Bureau approve the applications 1 requesting Commission consent to transfer control of domestic and international section 214 authorizations held by NetMoves Corporation (“ NetMoves”) to Mail. com, Inc. (“ Mail. com”). These applications pertain to authorizations for international and domestic interexchange services. No comments or petitions to deny were received in response to the public notice announcing that the applications had been accepted for filing. 2 Pursuant to the proposed transaction, NetMoves will become a wholly- owned subsidiary of Mail. com. The Bureaus find that the proposed transfer will serve the public interest, convenience, and necessity, and therefore grant the applicants authorization to transfer control of the domestic and international section 214 authorizations held by NetMoves to Mail. com. Pursuant to section 1.103 of the Commission's rules, 47 C. F. R. § 1.103, the consent granted herein is effective upon release of this Public Notice. Petitions for reconsideration under section 1.106 or applications for review under section 1.115 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F. R. §§ 1.106, 1.115, may be filed within 30 days of the date of this Public Notice.
