C. 20005 RE: SBC/ Ameritech Merger Order, CC Docket No. 98- 141, ASD File No. 99- 49 Dear Ms. Dyer: I am in receipt of your May 25, 2000 letter to Lawrence Strickling, Chief of the Common Carrier Bureau (“ Bureau”), 1 providing notice of changes to the performance measurements program required under the SBC/ Ameritech Merger Order. 2 In your letter, you indicate that these changes are pursuant to an April 6, 2000 order by the California Public Utility Commission (“ California Commission”). 3 You state that SBC plans to implement the changes for the California measurements on June 1, 2000 and would like to do the same for the Nevada measurements.
