 DIGITAL  ACCESS,  INC.  FILES  AN  APPLICATION  FOR  OPEN  VIDEO  SYSTEM  CERTIFICATION 


 Pursuant  to  47  C.  F.  R.  §76.1502,  Digital  Access,  Inc.  ("  Digital  Access")  filed  an  application  on 
 June  9,  2000  for  certification  to  operate  an  Open  Video  System  serving  Jacksonville,  Orlando,  and  Tampa, 
 Florida.  Comments  are  due  to  be  filed  with  the  Office  of  the  Secretary  and  the  Office  of  the  Bureau  Chief, 
 Cable  Services  Bureau,  on  or  before  June  14,  2000.  Comments  must  be  filed  in  accordance  with  the
