 CTC  TELCOM,  INC.  FILES  AN  APPLICATION  FOR  OPEN  VIDEO  SYSTEM  CERTIFICATION 


 Pursuant  to  47  C.  F.  R.  §76.1502,  CTC  Telcom,  Inc.  ("  CTC")  filed  an  application  on  June  9,  2000  for 
 certification  to  operate  an  Open  Video  System  serving  the  Cities  of  Chetek  and  Rice  Lake,  Wisconsin  and 
 the  Town  of  Chetek,  Wisconsin.  Comments  are  due  to  be  filed  with  the  Office  of  the  Secretary  and  the 
 Office  of  the  Bureau  Chief,  Cable  Services  Bureau,  on  or  before  June  14,  2000.  Comments  must  be  filed  in
