The Common Carrier Bureau (Bureau) has under consideration the above- captioned requests for review of decisions issued by the Schools and Libraries Division of the Universal Service Administrative Company (Administrator). 1 These requests seek review of decisions 1 Letter from H. The Commission’s rules provide that the Bureau must issue a decision resolving a request for review of matters properly before it within ninety days. 3 Due to the complexity of the issues raised in the above- captioned Letters of Appeal, the Bureau requires additional time to review the issues presented. Accordingly, we extend by an additional sixty (60) days the deadline by which the Bureau must take action regarding the instant Letters of Appeal of decisions by the Schools and Libraries Division. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to section 54.724( a) of the Commission's rules, 47 C. F. R. § 54.724( a), that the time period for taking action in the above-captioned requests for review of decisions by the Schools and Libraries Division IS EXTENDED BY sixty days from the original ninety- day deadline, to August 25, 2000, for the Letter of Appeal filed by the Free Library of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; to August 25, 2000, for the Letter of Appeal filed by St. Pius X High School, Kansas City, Missouri; to August 28, 2000, for the Letter of Appeal filed by Manhasset Union Free School District, Westbury, New York, and; to August 28, 2000, for the Letter of Appeal filed by Nassau County Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Westbury, New York.
