 waiver  request  to  obtain  approval  for  such  operation.  Comments  on  the  waiver  request  may  be  submitted 
 within  ten  days  of  the  release  date  of  this  public  notice.  Reply  comments  may  be  submitted  within  fifteen 
 days  of  the  release  of  this  public  notice.  To  provide  satellite  service,  TRW  must  obtain  a  Part  25  license  by 
 either  seeking  amendment  of  Part  25  of  the  Commission’s  Rules  or  waiver  of  Section  25.  202  of  the  Rules.
