On October 10, 2000, we issued an Order concerning an investigation into the disclosure of certain confidential information by the Walt Disney Company (“ Disney”). 1 We have determined that the issues associated with the disclosure of confidential information referred to in the October 10 Order should be treated as a restricted matter under the Commission's ex parte rules, effective upon release of this Order. See 47 C. F. R. § 1.1208. For purposes of service and other requirements under those ex parte rules, the parties shall be deemed to be Time Warner, Inc., America Online, Inc., and Disney. For all other purposes, this application proceeding shall continue to be treated as a permit- but- disclose proceeding governed by section 1.1206 of the ex parte rules, 47 C. F. R. § 1.1206. 2. This Order is issued pursuant to authority delegated under section 0.321 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F. R. § 0.321.
