(Priority) filed an Application for Review of an Order on Reconsideration released on August 26, 1999, which denied Priority’s petition for reconsideration filed on April 16, 1997. Priority Communications, Inc., Order on Reconsideration, DA 99- 1727 (rel. Aug. 26, 1999), as corrected by Erratum (rel. Aug. 30, 1999). Priority sought reconsideration of the grant to Priority of a license at Pensacola, Florida on the frequency 931.6375 MHz rather than 931.2375 MHz in FCC File No. 22406- CD- P/ ML- 95. By letter dated October 23, 2000, Priority requested the withdrawal of its Application for Review, noting that “its business plans have changed as a result of the FCC’s transition from site- by- site to geographic licensing of 931 MHz paging facilities, which have rendered [Priority’s] concerns moot.” As part of its request, Priorit y provided a certification in accordance with section 1.935( a) of the Commission’s rules. 47 C. F. R. §1.935( a). The Policy and Rules Branch of the Commercial Wireless Division has reviewed and hereby approves Priority’s request to withdraw its Application for Review filed September 27, 1999.
