 On  October  13,  2000,  the  Common  Carrier  Bureau  (Bureau)  released  a  Public  Notice  seeking  comment  on  Western  Wireless’  supplemental  filing  relating  to  its  petition  for 
 designation  as  an  eligible  telecommunications  carrier  (ETC)  on  the  Crow  Reservation  in  Montana.  1  Comments  relating  to  that  Public  Notice  are  due  30  days  after  publication  of  the 
 Public  Notice  in  the  Federal  Register  and  reply  comments  are  due  45  days  after  publication  of  the  Public  Notice  in  the  Federal  Register.  To  ensure  that  all  interested  parties  are  aware  of  the 
 comment  dates,  the  Bureau  stated  that  a  Public  Notice  would  be  issued  following  Federal  Register  publication  specifying  the  exact  comment  and  reply  comment  dates. 


 The  October  13  Public  Notice  was  published  in  the  Federal  Register  on  October  25,  2000.  2  Therefore,  comments  are  due  on  November  24,  2000  and  reply  comments  are  due  on 
 December  11,  2000.  Comments  should  be  filed  consistent  with  the  instructions  provided  in  the  October  13  Public  Notice.
