On December 23, 1999, Moses Greenfield (“ Greenfield”) filed the above-captioned formal complaint against Comm/ Net Services Corp. (“ Comm/ Net”), alleging that Comm/ Net was violating sections 203 and 214 of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U. S. C. §§ 203, 214. Comm/ Net denied the allegations of violations of the Act. 2. On February 8, 2000, Greenfield and Comm/ Net filed a Joint Motion for Voluntary Dismissal With Prejudice. In support of the motion, Greenfield and Comm/ Net advised the Commission that they had reached a mutually satisfactory settlement, and requested that the complaint be dismissed with prejudice. 3. We are satisfied that dismissing the complaint with prejudice will serve the public interest by promoting the private resolution of disputes and by eliminating the need for further litigation and the expenditure of further time and resources of the parties and of this Commission. 4. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to sections 1, 4( i), 4( j), 201( b), and 208 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U. S. C. §§ 151, 154( i), 154( j), and 208, and the authority delegated in sections 0.111 and 0.311 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F.
