 MEMORANDUM  OPINION  AND  ORDER 
 Adopted:  November  20,  2000  Released:  November  22,  2000 
 By  the  Chief,  Consumer  Protection  and  Competition  Division,  Cable  Services  Bureau: 
 1.  On  October  17,  2000,  Viacom,  Inc.  (“  Viacom”),  licensee  of  Station  WBZ-  TV  (Ch.  4), 
 Boston,  Massachusetts,  and  the  CBS  Television  Stations  Group  (“  CBS”)  filed  a  complaint  against  Full 
 Channel  TV,  Inc.  (“  Full  Channel”),  operator  of  a  cable  system  serving  Warren,  Rhode  Island.  On  October 
 27,  2000,  Viacom  and  CBS  filed  a  motion  to  withdraw  the  complaint  because  Full  Channel  has 
 discontinued  carriage  of  WBZ-  TV. 


 2.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that  the  retransmission  consent  complaint  of  Viacom,  Inc. 
 and  the  CBS  Television  Stations  Group  IS  DISMISSED. 


 3.  This  action  is  taken  pursuant  to  authority  delegated  by  Section  0.321  of  the  Commission’s 
 rules.  1
