On October 17, 2000, Viacom, Inc. (“ Viacom”), licensee of Station WBZ- TV (Ch. 4), Boston, Massachusetts, and the CBS Television Stations Group (“ CBS”) filed a complaint against Full Channel TV, Inc. (“ Full Channel”), operator of a cable system serving Warren, Rhode Island. On October 27, 2000, Viacom and CBS filed a motion to withdraw the complaint because Full Channel has discontinued carriage of WBZ- TV. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the retransmission consent complaint of Viacom, Inc. and the CBS Television Stations Group IS DISMISSED. 3.
