On November 21, 2000, the Real Access Alliance filed a motion for extension of time to file comments and reply comments on the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in WT Docket No. 99- 217. 1 2. Although it is the policy of the Commission that motions for extensions of time shall not be routinely granted, 2 we find that the record for the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking might not be adequately developed unless additional time is granted to all interested parties to prepare comments and reply comments. Therefore, we extend the pleading cycle for the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in WT Docket No. 99- 217 to January 22, 2001 for comments and February 21, 2001 for reply comments. 3. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the request for extension of time filed by the Real Access Alliance in WT Docket No. 99- 217 is GRANTED to the extent described above.
