On October 27, 2000, Young Broadcasting of Lansing, Inc. (“ Young”), licensee of Station WLNS- TV (CBS, Ch. 6), Lansing, Michigan, filed a complaint against MediaOne of Eastern Michigan, Inc. (“ MediaOne”), operator of a cable system serving Livingston County, Michigan. On November 2, 2000, Young filed a motion to withdraw the complaint because MediaOne has reinstated carriage of WLNS- TV on its system. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the complaint of Young Broadcasting of Lansing, Inc. IS DISMISSED. 3.
