Shortly thereafter, the Commission released a public notice requesting comment on SWBT’s ex parte. 1 Today, SWBT filed an amended ex parte submission that is identical to its December 27 th ex parte except in one respect. Specifically, SWBT adds a new penultimate paragraph that describes its voluntary agreement not to implement the provisions of the line- threshold limitation, and related reporting provisions, for Oklahoma exchanges under the Oklahoma alternative regulation transition plan. 2 With this Public Notice, the Commission is alerting prospective commenters of SWBT’s amendment to yesterday’s ex parte filing. Parties planning to file comments should address today’s amended ex parte filing in their comments, rather than the version filed yesterday. The comment period, as set forth in yesterday’s Public Notice, will remain the same. Comments must be filed by January 8, 2001 and reply comments must be filed by January 12, 2001.
