(“ BellSouth”) filed an Expedited Petition for Waiver of the Commission’s affiliate transactions rules. In its petition, BellSouth requests that it be allowed to record certain affiliate transactions in its regulated books of account at terms other than those provided for in §32.27 of the Commission’s rules.
