 ORDER  ON  RECONSIDERATION

 By  the  Accounting  Policy  Division,  Common  Carrier  Bureau: 
 1.  We  reconsider  on  our  own  motion,  pursuant  to  sections  0.291  and  1.108  of  the 
 Commission's  rules,  our  April  13,  2001  decision  dismissing  a  Request  for  Review  filed  by  St. 
 Christopher-  Ottilie,  Glen  Cove,  New  York,  on  behalf  of  Theresa  Paplin  School,  Glen  Cove,  New 
 York.  1  In  that  Order,  we  found  that  St.  Christopher-  Ottilie  had  simultaneous  Requests  for 
 Review  of  a  funding  commitment  decision  issued  by  the  Schools  and  Libraries  Division  of  the 
 Universal  Service  Administrative  Company  (Administrator)  for  Funding  Request  Numbers 
 (FRN)  363841  and  363861  pending  before  the  Administrator  and  the  Commission.  2  Therefore, 
 we  dismissed  its  Request  for  Review  without  prejudice. 


 2.  We  have,  however,  subsequently  learned  that  the  St.  Christopher-  Ottilie  Request 
 for  Review  pending  before  the  Administrator  is  for  review  of  FRN  363901  and  not  for  FRNs 
 363841  and  363861.  We  therefore  vacate  our  Order  dismissing  St.  Christopher-  Ottilie’s  Request 
 for  Review  as  simultaneous.  We  will  continue  to  review  St.  Christopher-  Ottilie’s  Request  for 
 Review  of  FRNs  363841  and  363861  in  accordance  with  the  Commission’s  rules.

 3.  ACCORDINGLY,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that,  pursuant  to  sections  0.291  and  1.108  of 
 the  Commission's  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.  291,  1.108,  we  hereby  reconsider  and  vacate,  on  our  own 
 motion,  our  April  13,  2001  decision  to  dismiss  the  Request  for  Review  filed  by  St.  Christopher-Ottilie, 
 Glen  Cove,  New  York.
