 On  April  30,  2001,  Roseville  Telephone  Company  (Roseville)  filed  revisions  to  its  cost 
 allocation  manual  (CAM),  in  accordance  with  Section  64.903  of  the  Commission’s  rules.  These 
 revisions  result  from  our  review  of  Roseville’s  initial  CAM  filing. 


 Parties  may  file  comments  on  Roseville’s  CAM  no  later  than  June  5,  2001.  Replies  should 
 be  filed  by  June  20,  2001.  Comments  should  reference  ASD  01-  25.  A  copy  of  each  pleading
