 Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau  (WTB)  Grants  Waiver  to  APCO  of  Mandatory 
 Electronic  Filing  Deadline  Relating  to  Phase  II  of  Land  Mobile  ULS  Conversion.  WTB 
 Also  Extends,  for  All  Phase  II  Services,  Effective  Date  of  Unified  Dismissal  Policy. 


 In  a  letter  dated  April  27,  2001,  APCO  Intl.  Inc.  (APCO)  was  granted  an  additional 
 extension  of  time  to  meet  the  mandatory  electronic  filing  deadline  for  Land  Mobile  Phase  II 
 applications.  The  deadline  was  extended  from  April  25,  2001,  until  July  25,  2001.  The  text  of  the

 In  addition,  the  letter  also  announced  that  WTB  is  granting  an  extension  of  time  for  the 
 effective  date  of  the  “Unified  Dismissal  Policy”  for  all  Phase  II  services,  until  July  25,  2001.  The
