 MEMORANDUM  OPINION  AND  ORDER

 1.  In  this  Memorandum  Opinion  and  Order  (“  Order”),  we  dismiss  a  petition  for 
 reconsideration  filed  by  Joy  Public  Broadcasting  Corporation  (“  Joy”),  licensee  of  Station  WJTF-  FM, 
 Panama  City,  Florida,  of  a  Memorandum  Opinion  and  Order  issued  in  this  proceeding  on  April  16,  2001.  1 
 This  is  the  fifth  petition  for  reconsideration  filed  by  Joy  in  this  proceeding.  2  The  arguments  made  by  Joy 
 in  its  petition  are  repetitious  and  have  previously  been  addressed.  Accordingly,  we  dismiss  Joy’s  petition 
 for  reconsideration.  See  47  C.  F.  R.  §  1.106(  k)(  3). 


 2.  ACCORDINGLY,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that,  pursuant  to  Section  405  of  the 
 Communications  Act  of  1934,  as  amended  (“  Act”),  3  and  Section  1.106  of  the  Rules,  4  Joy  Public 
 Broadcasting  Corporation’s  petition  for  reconsideration  of  the  April  16,  2001,  Memorandum  Opinion  and 
 Order  IS  DISMISSED.
