In this Memorandum Opinion and Order (“ Order”), we dismiss a petition for reconsideration filed by Joy Public Broadcasting Corporation (“ Joy”), licensee of Station WJTF- FM, Panama City, Florida, of a Memorandum Opinion and Order issued in this proceeding on April 16, 2001. 1 This is the fifth petition for reconsideration filed by Joy in this proceeding. 2 The arguments made by Joy in its petition are repetitious and have previously been addressed. Accordingly, we dismiss Joy’s petition for reconsideration. See 47 C. F. R. § 1.106( k)( 3). 2.
