 By  the  Accounting  Policy  Division,  Common  Carrier  Bureau: 
 1.  The  Accounting  Policy  Division  has  before  it  a  Request  for  Review  filed  by  Fort 
 Osage  R-  1  School  District,  Independence,  Missouri  (Fort  Osage),  requesting  review  of  a  decision 
 by  the  Schools  and  Libraries  Division  (SLD)  of  the  Universal  Service  Administrative  Company  to 
 deny  discounted  internal  connections  pursuant  to  the  schools  and  libraries  universal  service 
 support  mechanism.  1  On  April  27,  2001,  SLD  issued  a  Funding  Commitment  Decision  Letter 
 granting  discounts  that  are—  with  respect  to  all  eligible  services—  identical  to  those  requested  in 
 the  application  at  issue  here.  2  Therefore,  we  dismiss  as  moot  Fort  Osage’s  Request  for  Review.

 School  District  R-  1,  dated  April  27,  2001.  Fort  Osage  filed  the  application  at  issue  in  this  Order  during  the  Year 
 2  filing  window.  On  March  1,  2000,  SLD  announced  that  it  would  accept  applications  for  Year  2  discounted 
 services  received  on  or  before  March  31,  2000.  See  SLD  web  site,  What’s  New  March  2000  (March  1,  2000)

 another  Form  471  seeking  discounted  internal  connections  identical  with  respect  to  eligible  services  to  those  at 
 issue  in  this  order.  The  funding  request  in  the  second  application  was  granted  in  the  April  x  Funding 
 Commitment  Decision  Letter.

 2.  Accordingly,  it  is  ordered  pursuant  to  authority  delegated  under  section  0.91, 
 0.291,  and  54.722(  a)  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.91,  0.291,  and  54.722(  a),  that  the 
 Request  for  Review  filed  by  Fort  Osage  R-  1  School  District,  Independence,  Missouri,  on  March 
 1,  2000,  IS  DISMISSED.
