The Accounting Policy Division has before it a Request for Review filed by Fort Osage R- 1 School District, Independence, Missouri (Fort Osage), requesting review of a decision by the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Universal Service Administrative Company to deny discounted internal connections pursuant to the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism. 1 On April 27, 2001, SLD issued a Funding Commitment Decision Letter granting discounts that are— with respect to all eligible services— identical to those requested in the application at issue here. 2 Therefore, we dismiss as moot Fort Osage’s Request for Review. 1 Request for Review of the Decision of the Universal Service Administrator By Fort Osage R- 1 School District, CC Docket Nos. 96- 45 and 97- 21, Request for Review, filed March 1, 2000 (Request for Review); Letter from Schools and Libraries Division, Universal Service Administrative Company, to Rob Lee, Fort Osage R- 1 School District, dated January 31, 2000; Letter from Schools and Libraries Division, Universal Service Administrative Company, to Rob Lee, Fort Osage School District R- 1, dated September 21, 2000. 2 Letter from Schools and Libraries Division, Universal Service Administrative Company, to Rob Lee, Fort Osage School District R- 1, dated April 27, 2001. Fort Osage filed the application at issue in this Order during the Year 2 filing window. On March 1, 2000, SLD announced that it would accept applications for Year 2 discounted services received on or before March 31, 2000. Before the March 31 deadline, Fort Osage filed another Form 471 seeking discounted internal connections identical with respect to eligible services to those at issue in this order.
