On June 6, 2001, TCI of Richardson, Inc. (“ TCI- R”) and the City of Richardson, Texas (“ City”) filed with the Commission a joint motion to withdraw an appeal of local rate order filed by TCI- R on June 23, 1999. In its motion, TCI- R states it has now reached an acceptable resolution of this matter with the City and therefore, seeks to withdraw all appeals and related filings pending before the Commission and to secure the release of any bonds related to previous stay orders. TCI- R and the City request that the appeal, as well as all subsequent filings related to these proceedings be withdrawn and dismissed with prejudice. This withdrawal resolves all pending rate matters involving TCI- R and the City. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Withdraw filed by TCI of Richardson, Inc. and the City of Richardson, Texas IS GRANTED, the appeal filed on June 23, 1999 IS DISMISSED and the bond IS RELEASED. 3.
