 Bureau: 


 1.  This  order  addresses  the  Application  for  Review  filed  on  December  21,  1999  by  The  Northcentral 
 Broadcasting,  Co.  (“  Northcentral”).  1  Northcentral  seeks  review  of  the  November  23,  1999  decision  of  the 
 Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau,  Commercial  Wireless  Division,  Policy  and  Rules  Branch,  which 
 denied  reconsideration  of  the  Licensing  and  Technical  Analysis  Branch’s  decision  to  dismiss  North 
 Central’s  renewal  application  in  the  above-  captioned  proceeding.  2  For  the  reasons  set  forth  below,  we 
 dismiss  Northcentral’s  Application  for  Review  as  moot. 


 2.  On  March  10,  2000,  Northcentral  filed  a  new  application  for  renewal  of  station  KNKI-  802  in 
 Chelan,  WA  under  File  No.  0000092274.  3  This  application  was  granted  by  the  Licensing  and  Technical 
 Analysis  Branch  on  April  11,  2000.  4  The  decision  of  the  Licensing  and  Technical  Analysis  Branch  to  grant 
 Northcentral’s  renewal  application  renders  Northcentral’s  Application  for  Review  moot. 


 3.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that,  pursuant  to  section  5(  c)(  5)  of  the  Communications  Act  of 
 1934,  as  amended,  47  U.  S.  C.  §  155(  c)(  5),  and  Section  1.115(  g)  of  the  Commission's  Rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §
