Other FACs currently certified to coordinate below 512 MHz I/ B frequencies were invited to perform the same function for frequencies in the 800 MHz and 900 MHz Business and I/ LT categories. 3 They were provided with forty- five days from the date the Order was released (April 18, 2002) to notify the Bureau of their intention to coordinate these frequencies. 4 During this time period, Forest Industries Telecommunications (FIT) indicated interest in coordinating the 800 MHz and 900 MHz PLMR frequencies by providing the required notification. 5 By Public Notice dated June 22, 2001, FIT was certified to coordinate 800 MHz and 900 MHz Business and I/ LT channels. 6 1 In the Matter of United Telecom Council, Informal Request for Certification as a Frequency Coordinator in the PLMR 800 MHz and 900 MHz Bands, Order, DA 01- 944, ¶ 9 (WTB PSPWD 2001). 2 Id., ¶¶ 11, 18. 3 Id., ¶ 13. 4 Id., ¶ 18. 5 See Letter from Paul J.
