(Rayfield) filed a Petition for Reconsideration regarding the incumbent flexibility modification of station KNRS787 by CMRS Systems, Inc., File No. 9804C002408. On June 26, 2001, Nextel Communications, Inc. (Nextel), as the successor- in- interest to Rayfield, filed a Withdrawal of Petition for Reconsideration. Nextel indicated that, in an effort to reduce the Commission’s backlog of proceedings, it no longer wished to pursue the matter against CMRS Systems, Inc., which is controlled by Chadmoore Wireless Group, Inc. We accordingly grant consent to Nextel’s Withdrawal of Petition for Reconsideration. Action taken by Deputy Chief, Commercial Wireless Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau.
