 On  June  26,  2001,  Citizens  Communications  Company  (Citizens)  filed  a  petition  for 
 waiver  of  section  52.33(  a)  of  the  Commission’s  rules.  1  In  its  petition,  Citizens  seeks  a  waiver  of 
 section  52.33(  a)  to  permit  it  to  recover  its  long-  term  number  portability  costs  through  a 
 bifurcated  end-  user  charge.  The  full  text  of  Citizen’s  waiver  petition  is  available  for  public 
 inspection  and  copying  during  normal  reference  room  hours  at  the  FCC  Reference  Information

 parte  presentations  are  reminded  that  memoranda  summarizing  the  presentations  must  contain 
 summaries  of  the  substance  of  the  presentations  and  not  merely  a  listing  of  the  subjects
