S. Government radio operations between 400 MHz and 6000 MHz. These reports are entitled “Assessment of Compatibility between Ultrawideband Devices and Selected Federal Systems,” NTIA Special Publication 01- 43, and “The Temporal and Spectral Characteristics of Ultrawideband Signals,” NTIA Report 01- 383. Comments on these NTIA reports shall be filed by no later than February 23, 2001. Replies to the comments shall be filed no later than March 12, 2001. Comments and replies are to be filed with the Commission following the same procedures applicable to the Notice of Proposed Rule Making in this proceeding, ET Docket No. 98- 153.
