Kennard, Chairman, Federal Communications Commission, IB Docket 00- 187 (filed Nov. 30, 2000). 1 Furthermore, on January 4, 2001, Cook Inlet/ VS GSM IV PCS, LLC (“ CIVS IV”), CIVS IV License Sub I, LLC (“ CIVS IV License Sub”), and BCN Communications, L. L. C. filed an Expedited Petition for Declaratory Ruling Under Section 310( b)( 4) of the Communications Act of 1934, As Amended (“ Expedited Petition”). The Expedited Petition was filed in anticipation of the proposed exercise by Cook Inlet/ VS GSM IV PCS Holdings, LLC of its right to call additional capital from VoiceStream PCS BTA I Corporation, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of VoiceStream. Pursuant to the proposed capital call, VoiceStream’s indirect equity interest in CIVS IV, CIVS IV License Sub, and BCN would increase from 49.9 percent to approximately 85 percent. The consents granted herein to CIVS IV and CIVS IV License Sub (File Nos. 0000249749 and 0000262664) are without prejudice to Commission action on the Expedited Petition.
