The Accounting Policy Division has under consideration a Request for Review filed by the Indiana Intelenet Commission (Intelenet). 1 Intelenet requests review of a decision by the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC or Administrator) relating to Intelenet’s application for discounts under the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism. Specifically, Intelenet requests that SLD reinstate funding for a request made on behalf of Knox County Public Library, funding request number (FRN) 454127. 2 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved funding for FRN 454127 and such funds were not revoked or suspended. 3 Accordingly, the Division dismisses Intelenet’s Request for Review as moot. 1 Letter from Bob G.
