 EXPEDITED  PETITION  FOR  WAIVER  OF  47  C.  F.  R.  §32.27(  c) 


 On  August  9,  2001,  BellSouth  Communications,  Inc.  (BST)  filed  an  expedited  petition  for  waiver 
 of  the  Commission’s  affiliate  transactions  rules.  In  its  petition,  BST  requests  that  the  Commission  waive 
 §32.27(  c)  of  its  rules  to  allow  BST  to  receive  services  from  certain  affiliates  at  “Less  Than  Fully 
 Distributed  Cost”  or  at  “No  Charge”. 


 Interested  parties  may  file  comments  on  BST’s  petition  no  later  than  September  17,  2001. 
 Replies  should  be  filed  by  October  2,  2001.  Comments  should  reference  ASD  01-  38.  A  copy  of
