In this ex parte, Verizon indicates that the list is preliminary and that as the product development effort for the DRL service continues, Verizon may seek additional waivers from the Bell Atlantic- GTE Merger Conditions. Verizon filed another ex parte letter on August 17, 2001, describing what waivers of these Conditions would be necessary after it reintegrates its advanced services affiliate. Additionally, Verizon clarified that it does not anticipate seeking further waivers, absent unforeseen developments during the roll- out of its DRL service.
