 By  the  Accounting  Policy  Division,  Common  Carrier  Bureau: 
 1.  The  Accounting  Policy  Division  (Division)  has  under  consideration  a  Request  for 
 Review  filed  on  November  13,  2000  by  the  Cleveland  Municipal  School  District  (Cleveland 
 Municipal),  Cleveland,  Ohio,  seeking  review  of  a  decision  issued  by  the  Schools  and  Libraries 
 Division  (SLD)  of  the  Universal  Service  Administrative  Company  (Administrator).  1  Cleveland 
 Municipal’s  Request  for  Review  seeks,  in  connection  with  a  funding  request  which  was  granted 
 by  SLD,  to  obtain  a  post-  approval  change  of  the  service  provider.  This  process  is  referred  to  as  a 
 Service  Provider  Identification  Number  (SPIN)  change  request.  We  are  informed  by  SLD 
 personnel  that  on  March  28,  2001,  SLD  made  the  SPIN-  change  which  Cleveland  Municipal  is 
 seeking  here.  Because  the  Division  finds  that  Cleveland  Municipal  has  already  received  the 
 relief  that  it  is  requesting,  Cleveland  Municipal’s  Request  for  Review  is  dismissed  as  moot.
