 Advisory  Council  mistakenly  stated  that  the  meeting  date,  September  20,  was  a  Wednesday.  The 
 meeting  will  be  held  Thursday,  September  20,  2001  at  10:  00  a.  m.  in  the  Commission's  meeting 
 room  at  445  12th  St.  S.  W.,  Washington,  D.  C.
