 FORM  605  RECEIVED  WITH  EDITION  DATES  PRIOR  TO  MARCH  2001,  AS  OF  OCTOBER  15,  2001. 


 This  change  does  not  affect  applicants  filing  online  with  the  Universal  Licensing  System 
 (ULS).  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau  (WTB)  encourages  you  to  use  ULS  to  speed 
 processing  of  your  applications  and  gain  instant  access  to  important  information  about  your 
 wireless  license(  s)  and  many  online  resources. 


 As  of  October  15,  2001,  the  WTB  of  the  Federal  Communication’s  Commission  will  no  longer 
 accept  applications  received  on  a  Form  605,  Quick-  Form  Application  for  Authorization  in  the 
 Ship,  Aircraft,  Amateur,  Restricted  and  Commercial  Operator,  and  General  Mobile  Radio 
 Service,  that  bears  an  edition  date  prior  to  March  2001.  You  can  avoid  this  problem  by 
 submitting  your  application  through  WTB’s  easy,  online  information  and  licensing  system, 
 ULS.  ULS  can  be  found  at  http://  www.  fcc.  gov/  wtb/  uls.
