BellSouth states that the requested waiver would enable it to expand its existing operator-assisted and electronic reverse directory services, which are now limited to local services. 1 Interested parties may file comments regarding the BellSouth waiver no later than November 13, 2001, with the Secretary, FCC at 445 12 th Street, SW, TW- B204, Washington, DC 20554.
