 1.  The  Chief,  Allocations  Branch,  on  his  own  motion,  rescinds  the  Order  to  Show  Cause  in 
 this  proceeding  requesting  a  written  statement  from  Clinch  Valley  Broadcasting  Corp.  and  Virginia-Kentucky 
 Broadcasting  Co.  why  their  licenses  should  not  be  modified  to  accommodate  the 
 count  erproposal  filed  by  Holst  on  Valley  Broadcast  ing  Corporat  ion.  A  revised  Order  to  Show  Cause  in 
 this  proceeding  will  be  issued. 


 2.  Accordingly,  pursuant  to  Section  1.113(  a)  of  the  Commission’s  Rules,  IT  IS  ORDERED, 
 That  the  Order  to  Show  Cause  in  this  proceeding,  DA  01-  2377,  released  October  12,  2001,  IS 
 HEREBY  RESCINDED  pending  further  action.
