 The  tutorial  to  be  given  by  Dr.  B.  Roe  Hemenway  of  Corning,  scheduled  for  Wednesday,  October 
 24,  2001  from  2:  30  to  4:  30  in  the  Commission  meeting  room,  has  been  cancelled  due  to 
 unavoidable  scheduling  interruptions  at  Corning.  The  tutorial  will  be  rescheduled  at  a  later  date.
