(NECA) filed its 2002 Modifications of Average Schedule Universal Service Formulas. These proposed formulas, if approved, would be scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2002 and remain in effect through December 31, 2002. Interested parties may file comments no later than November 14, 2001, with the Secretary, FCC, 445 12 th Street, SW, TW- A325, Washington, DC 20554. Replies to these comments should be filed no later than November 26, 2001. Comments should reference File No. ASD 01- 44.
