 NOTIFICATION  OF 
 APPLICATION  FOR  CERTIFICATION  AS  AN  ACCOUNTING  AUTHORITY 
 In  accordance  with  Part  3  of  the  Commission's  Rules,  this  public  notice  announces  that  the 
 following  applicant  has  applied  for  certification  as  an  accounting  authority: 


 Telemar  USA  LLC 
 2302  South  Battleground  Road 
 LaPorte,  TX  77571 
 As  an  Accounting  Authority,  Telemar  USA  LLC  will  be  responsible  for  settling  accounts  for 
 public  correspondence  due  to  foreign  administrations  for  messages  transmitted  at  sea  by  or 
 between  maritime  mobile  stations  located  on  board  ships  subject  to  U.  S.  registry  and  utilizing 
 foreign  coast  and  coast  earth  station  facilities. 


 The  intent  of  this  Public  Notice  is  to  invite  informal  public  comment  on  the  qualifications  of  this 
 applicant.  All  comments  will  be  reviewed  in  accordance  with  guidelines  established  by  the 
 Commission  in  47  C.  F.  R.  §3.29.  Comments  must  be  mailed  to  the  Office  of  the  Secretary,  Room 
 TW-  B204F,  with  a  copy  to  the  Accounting  Authority  Certification  Officer,  Room  1A663,  at  445 
 12  th  Street,  SW,  Washington,  DC  20554. 


 All  interested  parties  have  thirty  (30)  days  from  the  date  of  this  notice  to  submit  comments.  If
