Specifically, the Attachment to this Public Notice lists matters pending before the Commission that relate to licenses or applications in the MAS spectrum scheduled for auction. Potential bidders are solely responsible for investigating and evaluating the degree to which such pending matters may affect spectrum availability in areas where they seek EA licenses. In addition, certain decisions reached in these matters may be the subject of additional reconsideration or appeal. We note that resolution of these matters could have an impact on the availability of spectrum for EA licensees in the MAS bands. Moreover, the Commission makes no representations or guarantees that the listed matters in the Attachment to this Public Notice are the only pending matters that could affect spectrum availability in the MAS bands. Potential bidders may obtain licensing records for the 928/ 959 MHz bands through the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau’s licensing database on the World Wide Web at http:// www. fcc. gov/ wtb/ uls. Potential bidders should direct questions regarding the search capabilities to the FCC Technical Support hotline at (202) 414- 1250 (voice), (202) 414- 1255 (TTY), or via e- mail at ulscomm@ fcc. gov.
