C. 20554 Internet: http:// www. fcc. gov ftp. fcc. gov DA 01- 2619 November 8, 2001 FCC Announces Gettysburg Office Off- Site Mailroom Rear entrance of 35 York Street, Gettysburg, PA 17325 Hours of Operation: 8: 00AM to 4: 30PM In light of the recent events over the past few months, the Gettysburg Office has moved its mailroom off- site to the rear entrance of 35 York Street, Gettysburg. Effective immediately, all overnight mail couriers, i. e., FED EX, UPS, Airborne, and so forth, require the “ship to” address for the FCC Gettysburg Office to be Rear entrance 35 York Street, Gettysburg, PA 17325. For a temporary period, up until November 30, 2001, the Commission itself will divert overnight courier deliveries, still being shipped to the previous mailroom address (1270 Fairfield Rd.), to the new off- site mailroom at 35 York Street. No address change required for United States Postal Service deliveries. The USPS will accept and divert all mail addressed to 1270 Fairfield Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325 to the new off- site mailroom. This new off- site mailroom facility does not affect applications or any other filings requiring a fee. Feeable filings should be sent to the address as noted in the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau Fee Filing Guide. The Commission finds it necessary at this time to make these changes to its procedures to protect the health and safety of its employees and therefore finds good cause to make them effective as expeditiously as possible in accordance with this notice.
