On January 30, 2001, Touch America, Inc. filed a Petition for Special Relief from Commission 
Rule 42.10(b) seeking a temporary waiver of the January 31, 2001 compliance date for posting its 
contract tariffs on its Internet website. The Competitive Pricing Division of the Common Carrier 
Bureau granted this petition on February 1,2001.
