In this Order, we grant the Joint Motion of Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation (YKHC) and General Communications, Inc. (GCI) for an extension of time to respond to a Request for Review filed by Unicom, Inc. (Unicom). 1 In its Request for Review, Unicom opposes funding commitment decisions issued by the Rural Health Care Division of the Universal Service Administrative Company (Administrator) to YKHC under the rural health care universal service mechanism. 2 Unicom alleges, inter alia, that YKHC’s award of a service agreement to GCI violated the Commission’s competitive bidding requirements. 3 2. In their Joint Motion for Extension of Time, YKHC and GCI state that they oppose Unicom’s complaint on both procedural and substantive grounds. That motion is unopposed. 3. Based on consideration of YKHC’s and GCI’s joint filing, we conclude that a 30 day extension of time is warranted. Therefore, we shall grant the Joint Motion for Extension of Time to supplement the record in this proceeding until 30 days from this Order’s release date. 4. IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to 47 C. F. R. § 1.46 of the Commission’s rules, that the Joint Motion for Extension of Time filed by Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation and General Communications, Inc. is GRANTED as stated herein.
