In a Motion to Withdraw Petition for Clarification filed November 30, 2001, TCI- C requests that the Petition be withdrawn without benefit of substantive review. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw Petition for Clarification filed by TCI Cablevision of Contra Costa County IS GRANTED and the Petition for Clarification of the Order issued by the Cable Service Bureau filed on September 13, 1996 IS DISMISSED. 4.
