Western Reserve Cablevision, Inc., d/ b/ a Adelphia Cable Communications (“ Adelphia”), filed with the Commission on May 18, 2000 an appeal of local rate order adopted by the City of Hudson, Ohio (“ City”) on April 19, 2000. 2. On November 26, 2001 Adelphia filed a Motion to Withdraw Appeal of Local Rate Order. In its motion, Adelphia states that it has reached an agreeable resolution of this matter with the City. Adelphia requests that the filings in this proceeding be dismissed with prejudice and without benefit of substantive Commission review. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw Appeal of Local Rate Order filed by Western Reserve Cablevision, Inc., d/ b/ a Adelphia Cable Communications IS GRANTED and the Appeal filed on May 18, 2000 IS DISMISSED. 4.
