TO VALOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENTERPRISES II, LLC CC Docket No. 01- 286 Pursuant to sections 214 and 310( d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U. S. C. §§ 214, 310( d), and sections 0.291 and 0.331 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F. R. §§ 0.291, 0.331, the Common Carrier Bureau and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau approve the applications requesting Commission consent to transfer control of certain licenses and authorizations to provide domestic interstate telecommunications services held by Kerrville Communications Corporation, Inc. (“ Kerrville”) to Valor Telecommunications Enterprises II, LLC (“ Valor”) (collectively, “the Applicants”). 1 The proposed acquisitions, which include both wireline and wireless facilities, are related to an acquisition of corporate control by which Kerrville will become a direct, wholly- owned subsidiary of Valor. Pursuant to agreement, Kerrville will continue the provision of telecommunications services. Additionally, Kerrville’s application to transfer control of its international section 214 authorization was granted on a streamlined basis under section 63. 12 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F.
