 By  the  Accounting  Policy  Division,  Common  Carrier  Bureau: 
 1.  The  Accounting  Policy  Division  has  under  consideration  a  Waiver  Request  filed  by 
 Nogales/  Santa  Cruz  County  Public  Library  (Nogales/  Santa  Cruz),  Nogales,  Arizona.  1 
 Nogales/  Santa  Cruz  seeks  a  waiver  of  the  Commission’s  rules  governing  discounts  for  services 
 under  the  schools  and  libraries  universal  service  support  mechanism.  2  For  the  reasons  set  forth 
 below,  we  dismiss  Nogales/  Santa  Cruz’s  Waiver  Request  as  moot. 


 2.  Nogales/  Santa  Cruz  seeks  a  waiver  of  our  rules  governing  the  filing  window  with  respect 
 to  its  Funding  Year  2  FCC  Form  471.  3  However,  the  record  reflects  that  the  Schools  and  Libraries 
 Division  of  the  Universal  Service  Administrative  Company  provided  discounts  to  Nogales/  Santa 
 Cruz  for  its  Funding  Year  2  FCC  Form  471.  4  We  therefore  dismiss  Nogales/  Santa  Cruz’s  Waiver 
 Request  as  moot.
