In this Order, we grant the Motion for Extension of Time filed by Unicom, Inc. (Unicom). 1 Unicom filed a Request for Review, opposing funding commitment decisions issued by the Rural Health Care Division of the Universal Service Administrative Company (Administrator) to Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation (YKHC) under the rural health care universal service support mechanism. 2 Unicom alleges, inter alia, that YKHC’s award of a service agreement to GCI violated the Commission’s competitive bidding requirements. 3 2. YKHC and General Communications, Inc. Based on the considerations set forth in Unicom’s filing, we conclude that a 30- day extension of time is warranted. Therefore, we shall grant Unicom’s Motion for Extension of Time to supplement the record in this proceeding until 30 days from this Order’s release date. We shall thereafter issue an order on the basis of the information contained in the record as it exists on the thirtieth day from this Order’s release date. 4. IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to 47 C. F.
