 ORDER 
 Adopted:  February  9,  2001  Released:  February  12,  2001 
 By  the  Managing  Director: 
 1.  This  Order  makes  minor,  non-  substantive  corrections  to  parts  20  and  24  of  the  Commission’s  rules. 
 Specifically,  we  amend  section  20.  9,  paragraphs  (a)(  6)  through  (a)(  9),  and  section  20.  20,  paragraph  (e)  to  use 
 the  current  names  and  subpart  designations  of  Public  Mobile  Services  as  set  forth  in  part  22.  These  rules 
 currently  refer  to  these  services  by  previous  names  and  subpart  designations. 


 2.  Additionally,  we  amend  section  24.  133(  a)  to  correct  an  erroneous  reference  to  another  rule. 
 Currently  the  rule  refers  to  a  section  99.  132(  f).  Part  99  no  longer  exists;  the  correct  reference  is  to 
 section  24.  132(  f). 


 3.  Because  the  rule  amendments  adopted  here  are  non-  substantive,  compliance  with  the  notice  and 
 comment  and  effective  date  provisions  of  the  Administrative  Procedure  Act  is  not  required,  5  U.  S.  C.  Section  553 
 (b)(  A);  (d). 


 4.  Pursuant  to  authority  delegated  to  the  Managing  Director  under  47  C.  F.  R  §  0.  231(  b), 
 47  C.  F.  R  Parts  20  and  24  ARE  AMENDED  as  set  forth  in  the  attachment  to  be  effective  upon  publication  in  the 
 Federal  Register.

 Rule  Changes 
 For  reasons  set  forth  in  the  preamble,  parts  20  and  24  of  the  Code  of  Federal  Regulations  are  amended  as 
 follows: 


 Part  20  -  -  Commercial  Mobile  Radio  Services 
 1.  The  authority  citation  for  part  20  continues  to  read  as  follows: 
 AUTHORITY:  47  U.  S.  C.  154,  160,  251-  254,  303  and  332  unless  otherwise  noted. 
 2.  Section  20.  9  is  amended  by  revising  paragraphs  (a)(  6),  (a)(  7),  (a)(  8)  and  (a)(  9)  to  read  as  follows:

 their  place,  the  words  “Cellular  Radiotelephone  Service”.

 4.  The  authority  citation  for  part  24  continues  to  read  as  follows:

 5.  Section  24.  133  is  amended  by  revising  paragraph  (a)  to  read  as  follows:
