 On  February  12,  2001,  City  Signal  Communications,  Inc.  refiled  a  Petition  for  Declaratory  Ruling 
 pursuant  to  Section  253  of  the  Communications  Act.  By  Public  Notice,  DA  01-  407,  released  February  15, 
 2001,  the  Commission  established  dates  for  comments  and  reply  comments.  By  letter  dated  February  16, 
 2001,  City  Signal  Communications,  Inc.  advised  the  Commission  that  it  does  not  seek  to  move  forward 
 with  its  Petition  at  this  time  and  withdrew  its  Petition. 


 Accordingly,  the  CS  Docket  No.  00-  252  proceeding  IS  TERMINATED  and  the  comment  period 
 IS  CLOSED.
